Every order comes with a 60-day guarantee, starting on your purchase date.
This isn't an instant, no-questions-asked refund. It's built around a recommended 30-day minimum trial. After using MatchaTide consistently for at least 30 days, if you're not satisfied, reach out to our team within the 60-day window and we'll walk you through the next steps.
Your gut microbiome doesn't shift overnight. Thirty days gives it a genuine chance to adjust, so your results reflect what the formula can actually do, not just the first few days.
Head to our contact page with your order details, and our team will guide you from there.
